About the Author

Welcome to the "Little Bytes" educational technology blog. Scott is currently a Technology Integration Specialist with the Cheshire Public School District in Cheshire, CT where he provides professional development opportunities to teachers and staff specifically in the area of Google Apps, but also offers training in many other areas of educational technology. He has been using Google Apps in Education for over five years and became a Google Education Trainer in May of 2014. Scott had previously taught for twelve years in a 7th grade Social Studies classroom where he not only delivered instruction but also wrote curriculum.

In addition to his educational background, Scott has also operated a residential computer repair business since 2006. It is in this extracurricular endeavor that he has gained the knowledge of hardware, software, and the inner-workings of computing devices.

Hopefully, you will find something on this blog useful as you incorporate technology in your classroom. Please feel free to add comments to any post. It would be great to hear not only your successes but also your failures. It is important for all educators to see that, although it can be frustrating at times, technology can truly transform your classroom.
